A feeding-focused antenatal group designed for expectant mums who want to dive deeper into breastfeeding topics, connect with other women, and build confidence before their baby arrives.
Led by Nicola, an accredited Infant Feeding Coach, these small, intimate sessions are perfect for gaining advanced knowledge and skills that go beyond standard antenatal classes.

Planning your birth is a great opportunity to set the stage for successful breastfeeding. Weβll discuss how you can incorporate small yet powerful moments into your birth plan that support your breastfeeding goals, regardless of the birth experience you plan or have.

In each of the two antenatal group sessions we will have 90 minutes to deep dive into a key breastfeeding topics with plenty of time for discussion and Q&A to ensure you leave with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions.

Youβll receive two comprehensive online guides filled with evidence-based information, resources and videos that you can revisit anytime to reinforce your learning.

Each expectant mum will have the opportunity to join a WhatsApp chat with others in your group where additional bite-sized information will be shared.
Beyond this you are welcome to continue the chat and stay connected.

Alongside my support, youβll have the chance to connect with local practitioners specialising in womenβs health such as holistic therapies, independent midwifery, and antenatal/postnatal exerciseβbuilding a network of support for your journey into motherhood.

Youβll be invited to attend a social meet up where we can get to know each other better, in a relaxed and comfortable setting.
Note - this is optional, for for those local to Tavistock/Plymouth, Devon.
